Ingredients :
Three glasses of flour
Milk a glass
Instant yeast dough a tablespoon
One egg
6 tablespoons oil
Salt a teaspoon
Sugar 4 tsp
Baking powder a teaspoon
Recipe: First, mix the sourdough with a glass of lukewarm milk and a teaspoon and let the sourdough work.
Then I mixed the eggs, oil, salt and sugar. I added a little saffron to make it nice, then I added the sourdough dough, and then we mixed it with baking powder, and little by little, we added it to the liquid and kneaded the dough. To make it soft and fluffy, we put the dough in a greased bowl and cover it and let it rest in a warm place for an hour. After an hour of rest, I take the dough puff and sprinkle flour on the work surface and roll the dough to diameter with a rolling pin. Open a centimetre, round the mould and fry it in oil, and when it has dropped from the heat, pour the honey method.
