Sour Chicken.

 


I can boldly say that it is one of the most delicious dishes.

Preparation method:

Chicken mixed thighs and chest five pieces

Mixed walnuts 300 g

Pomegranate paste two tablespoons

Mixed vegetables 200 g  coriander, parsley and leek more than other vegetables, mint and cockatiel, and basil in smaller amounts)

Sufficient salt of turmeric pepper

A grated onion a medium number

Two cloves of grated garlic

1-Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper and turmeric, 

2-then fry them in a saucepan with a little oil until they are colourful and golden. 

3-Remove the chickens, fry the grated onion and garlic and add these spices. 

4-After the vegetables are golden, mix. Add the roasted and fry. 

6-Add the pomegranate paste and mixed walnuts to the roasted vegetables and fry them all together.

7- At this stage, add five glasses of water, boil for half an hour until the walnuts are oiled, then the pieces. 

8-Add the fried chicken. You can also add a spoonful of plum paste. Reduce the gas and let the stew settle.

The concentration of this stew should not be as thin and watery as fennel.

It is a sign that the stew has fallen into the oil.

Alternative to northern vegetables: Basil, coriander, parsley, mint, and fresh garlic mint. 

More basil, less mint.
