Noodles with chicken (4 people)
400 grams of rice
Pilaf noodles 100 g
Chicken 1 kg
2 hot onions
A few dates
4 tablespoons barberry
Salt, pepper and turmeric
Pilaf spices (cumin, cinnamon and rose water)
Saffron as needed
Preparation method:
1-Soak the rice and boil it in saltwater for 6-8 minutes, depending on the type of rice,
2-add the chopped noodles 3-4 minutes before boiling.
3-Separate the chicken bones and add salt, pepper and saffron and set aside to taste.
4-Fry the onions and add the dates and barberry and set aside
Then place the chickens on the bottom of the pot and put the rest of the ingredients on the table.
