Chickpea Cake

 



ingredients:

1 cup white flour

Chickpea flour 1 cup

3 eggs

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup liquid oil

Baking powder 1 tbsp

Vanilla 1/4 tsp

Grate orange peel 1 tbsp

5 drops of orange essential oil

Sesame in the required amount


Preparation method:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

Beat eggs, vanilla and sugar for about 5 minutes until creamy and creamy.

Add milk, oil, essential oil and grated orange peel and stir a little


Sift pastry flour, chickpea flour and baking powder three times and add to the ingredients in two steps and stir very gently with a whisk to mix with the ingredients.

Grease the bottom of the mould and sprinkle with flour

Pour the ingredients into the mould and transfer them to the oven


Temperature for gas ovens 180 degrees

Temperature for electric ovens and on toasters 165 degrees


Baking time is approximately 45 minutes


tip:


You can add some sesame and nuts to the cake ingredients as desired

If you use nuts, be sure to soak the nuts in rose water from the night before so that they do not burn in the oven
