Tomato paste ‌ 2 tablespoons

 4 Omani lemons
1 hot red pepper (optional)
 Pepper and turmeric in the required amount
Thyme 1 tablespoon jam
3 tablespoons of water saffron
 Red beans or white beans 150 g
Green beans 200 g
 200 grams of meat
2-1 tomatoes
1 onion
Some fragrant herbs
potatoes 2 pieces
Preparation method:

First, fry the meat with a little oil. Soak the beans for 24 hours and drain. Chop the onion and add it to the meat along with the tomatoes and green beans. Add the soaked beans to the ingredients and the almost crushed tomatoes. Add a little water and let the beans and meat cook well. Then add potatoes and beans to the meat. In a separate bowl, fry the paste with a little oil and add the spices. Pierce the Omani lemons and put them in water for a few minutes to remove their bitterness. Then add the lemons, paste, a dash of spicy red pepper and fragrant herbs, and if desired, some #mushrooms in the last 20 minutes of cooking.

Other points:

If you want, add some lemon juice to the food.
If you want, add some garlic powder to the food.
You can fry the onion separately and then add the tomato to it.
